All establishments that sell soft ice cream in Pennsylvania must have their product tested on a monthly basis. The Kirby Health Center is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture for Frozen Dessert Analysis. The laboratory has been performing soft ice cream testing for over 20 years. Samples are collected and returned to our Microbiology laboratory for analysis.
